The maisonette apartment is located on the ground floor of the chalet and extends to the first floor with a bedroom including an en-suite bathroom. The holiday apartment has 95 square meters and is complemented by a 4 square meter balcony and an assigned, fenced garden with 90 square meters. The furnishings are in a traditional/modern Alpine style. Solid wood furniture of the best quality carpentry craftsmanship creates an inviting, cozy ambience.

Park your car in the allocated, free parking space. If you wish, you will not need the car during your entire stay, as in the immediate vicinity you will find the ski lifts, hiking and biking trails, the St. Kathrein thermal baths, Bakers and supermarkets, restaurants and leisure activities. The entrance to the apartment is on the south side of the chalet, about 20m from the parking lot, the spacious living and dining area offers space for 8 people at the comfortable dining table, before and after the sofa in the bay window invites you to relax, there is a TV and Fireplace aligned, expansive and comfortable. You can find wood for the fireplace outside and enjoy the roaring fire in the warm living room. Recover from a busy day and recharge your batteries in our bedrooms with memory foam mattresses and soft goose down comforters.

The entire apartment is covered by the free WiFi network. There are current LG TVs with satellite reception in the living area and in the two double rooms; ORF channels and Netflix are also available in the living room. Start the day with a spicy espresso or Capucino or a gentle filter coffee, a Nespresso coffee machine with Aerocino milk frother and a filter machine are available.

You can store and put on your ski equipment in the separate ski room. After sport, your shoes can be stored in the boot dryer from the well-known Austrian brand Wintersteiger. Sterex Drytech technology works against bacteria, fungi, viruses and spores efficiently and ecologically Cold plasma.

Next to the apartment entrance you will find a bike rack for 3 bikes, it is located in the fenced area and is recorded by the outside cameras.

For your convenience and safety

The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. Please note that smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

For minor injuries you will find a FIRST AID box in the storage room. Any serious health problems that hopefully do not occur will be professionally cared for in the nearby medical center at the St. Kathrein Therme.

Pets are not allowed as our apartments are also often booked by allergy sufferers, so we ask for your understanding.
